Jonathan is a co-founder and managing partner at Jon & John Law PLLC, where he leads the firm's sports, entertainment, and NIL practices. Originally from Pennsylvania, Jonathan brings extensive knowledge and passion in sports, entertainment, business, and the law. Before founding the firm, he worked for SAG-AFTRA representing actors globally, renowned sports agencies representing NFL players, NBA players and other professional athletes, and the California Innocence Project representing the wrongfully convicted on death row. Since starting his representation career at age 21, Jonathan continues to protect athletes, entertainers, their families, and their businesses — both now and for their futures.
Stefan is a co-founder and partner at Jon & John Law PLLC, where he leads the firm's business, intellectual property, and commercial litigation practices. Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, Stefan brings a distinct international perspective to advising corporate clients and navigating complex civil disputes. Prior to founding the firm, Stefan gained extensive experience in private practice at a boutique sports and entertainment law firm in Miami, representing high-profile NFL players and agents, and served inside the legal department of World Triathlon Corporation (The IRONMAN Group). His roots in sports began at IMG Academy. Stefan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and serves as an adjunct professor there, teaching the legal aspects of sport at the undergraduate level.
